# Domains and HTTPS

Add a hostname, and Deplo tells you the exact DNS record to create, checks it on a schedule and on demand, and only routes it once the check comes back usable. Certificates are issued and renewed for you.

## What it notices

A hostname proxied through a CDN is detected and routed anyway. A hostname pointing at the wrong address says so, with the address it should point at. One domain is primary and is the URL everywhere Deplo names the app.
