# Removing a server is trust revocation

Removing a server clears its pinned certificate, and the control plane never talks to it again. It works even when the machine is dead, which is exactly when you need it.

## Uninstalling is separate

Deplo prints the uninstall command for you. The script is a dry run by default and shows what it would do before it touches anything.
